We will exchange/refund items provided they are unworn, this to include not worn and washed and in original saleable condition complete with tags/labels.
All returned goods must be returned with their original packaging.
Customers should notify us within 5 days of receipt, by either email or phone of their wish to return goods, if agreed, you will then have up to a further 5 days to return the goods to us. On receipt of the returned items, we will inspect the items and only then, if item condition is acceptable, will we issue a refund.
Please note that Sale Goods returned can only be exchanged for goods to the equivalent sale price or higher on receipt of payment of the balance, no refund will be made for goods costing less than the original sale price paid. No Refund will be made unless item is faulty as per consumer rights.
For your protection, we recommend that goods are returned by either recorded or special delivery and that the customer retains proof of postage. We can only refund the cost of the original order, original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Goods are returned at the customer's own expense.
Please note that if you are local to our store, we will accept returned goods in person if they are unworn, which also includes not worn and washed and must be in original saleable condition complete with tags/labels.
