Our store is hosted by GoDaddy.com. they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 4 - PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Please note that all prices are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery costs (if applicable) which will be added to the total amount due and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

It may be possible that some products on our site may be incorrectly priced, if we discover there is a pricing error, we may at our discretion either (a) contact you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it or (b) we will reject your order and notify you of the rejection.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your Computer Monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product that we offer.

SECTION 6 - PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 7 - PAYMENT

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard via Square and also PayPal (if you wish to pay by PayPal, you will have to set up a new account with PayPal directly).

We also offer the option to place a Click & Collect Order and when you get to the payment screen, you can then choose the option to pay for your order in Cash on collection of your order.

By submitting an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. All transactions will be in pounds sterling. Any order placed using PayPal will be charged at the time your order is submitted, if we reject or cancel your order for any reason, this charge will be credited back to your PayPal account.

Please note that if on receipt of an item received by post, you then decide to return it under our Returns Policy and a refund is due, we can only refund the cost of the item, not the original postage cost or the cost of return postage.

This may have to be returned by a different method because the payment system can only refund the whole of the original payment which would have included the postage which is not refundable under our returns policy.

SECTION 8 - RETURNS

We will exchange or refund items provided they are unworn and in their original saleable condition. All returned goods must be returned in their original packaging. Please contact us either by email or phone to notify us that you wish to return your item(s). We recommend that you send your return by recorded delivery and to always maintain your proof of postage. We can only refund the value of the ordered items. Shipping costs of the original order cannot be refunded. Goods are returned to us at your own expense.

Exceptions:

For hygiene reasons, unfortunately, unless the item is faulty, we are unable to accept returns or provide a refund for pierced jewellery.

Please Note:

The above returns policy refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer i.e. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are faulty or not as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
